TEAM

Fifteen roles, one route.

A project passes through fifteen roles between the day you pay and the day it ships. This is the whole route, including who hands what to whom.

Studio director Direction Project manager 01 Strategy hands over A page map and the real copy Creative director Content writer SEO and AI visibility lead 02 Design hands over Approved design, every state drawn Brand designer Interface designer Motion and 3D artist 03 Build hands over A working build on a real URL Frontend developer Backend developer Infrastructure engineer 04 Verification hands over Measured numbers, handed over with the work Quality lead 05 Growth hands over Numbers, monthly Performance marketer Social media manager Analyst anything that fails the measurement goes straight back what the numbers say changes what we do next

The same route in words, with what each role actually does.

  1. 01

    Direction

    2 roles

Scope and price are settled before anything is made.

    • Studio director

Reads the brief, decides what the project actually is, sets the fixed price and the delivery date.

    • Project manager

Owns the schedule and the handoffs. The only role that touches every stage.

Hands overA scoped project with a price and a date
  2. 02

    Strategy

    3 roles

What the work says, and how it gets found. Settled before anyone opens a design tool.

    • Creative director

Owns the positioning and the idea. Rejects work that looks like everyone else's.

    • Content writer

The words, and the structure the words imply. Copy is written before layout, not poured into it.

    • SEO and AI visibility lead

Decides the page structure that search engines and AI assistants can read, while it is still cheap to change.

Hands overA page map and the real copy
  3. 03

    Design

    3 roles

The idea, executed. Nothing here is a template with the colours swapped.

    • Brand designer

Identity systems: marks, type, colour, the rules that keep it consistent.

    • Interface designer

Layout, type scale, states, every screen down to 390px.

    • Motion and 3D artist

Real-time scenes, shaders, and the short video cuts that carry them.

Hands overApproved design, every state drawn
  4. 04

    Build

    3 roles

Written by hand. No page builder output.

    • Frontend developer

Markup, CSS, the motion. Works to a performance budget rather than against one.

    • Backend developer

Accounts, orders, payments, admin. Money paths are written first and tested hardest.

    • Infrastructure engineer

Servers, TLS, DNS, CDN, backups, and the jobs that watch all of it.

Hands overA working build on a real URL
  5. 05

    Verification

    1 role

The gate. Nothing reaches you before this passes.

    • Quality lead

Opens every page in a real browser at phone and desktop widths and measures overflow, contrast and touch targets.

Hands overMeasured numbers, handed over with the work
  6. 06

    Growth

    3 roles

Only on the packages that include it.

    • Performance marketer

Meta and Google campaigns, managed against cost per result.

    • Social media manager

The calendar, the posts, and reporting you can actually read.

    • Analyst

Measures what happened. Where nothing was measured, the field stays empty.

    Hands overNumbers, monthly

And it goes backwards too

A one-way chart would be a lie. These are the two routes work takes in reverse.

  • Verification Build anything that fails the measurement goes straight back
  • Growth Strategy what the numbers say changes what we do next

Why there are no faces here

Studios put a wall of portraits on this page because it looks like proof. It is not: you are buying the work, and the only thing that tells you anything about the work is who does what and in which order. That is what is above. If a project needs a name and a direct line, you get one when it starts, and you talk to whoever is building it.
