You do not have to write to us to buy

Every price is on the pricing page and every package lists its scope, its delivery time and what it excludes. You can read all of it, pick one and pay without ever reaching this page. Nothing here is a gate.

Write instead when your project is not on the list, when you are not sure which package fits, or when something about the scope needs confirming before money changes hands. If you already know it is a custom job, the quote form asks the right questions and gets you a number faster than a blank email.

What to put in the message

Four lines are usually enough, and they are the four we would otherwise have to ask for:

  • What you want to exist that does not exist yet
  • A link to whatever exists now, if anything does
  • When you need it, and whether that date is real or hopeful
  • A budget, or the sentence "tell me what it costs" if you would rather hear our number first

A message with those four gets a real answer, usually with a price in it. A message saying "can you tell me more about your services" gets a link back to this site, which helps nobody.

What happens next

You get a reply within one business day, written by a person who could do the work rather than by someone whose job is to book a call. The reply either answers the question, gives you a fixed number and a scope list, or says plainly that this is not work we should take.

Turning you down is a normal outcome. We say no to projects we would do badly, projects where the budget cannot buy the thing being described, and advertising work pointed at a page that will not convert, because taking that money produces a bad result with our name on it.

Time zones and languages

The studio is in Tbilisi, Georgia, at UTC+4. That sits between Europe and Asia: a morning in London, an afternoon in Singapore and the start of a working day in Dubai all land inside ours. North and South America are the awkward direction, and the answer there is that almost nothing we do needs a synchronous conversation.

Everything is delivered in English: the site, the code, the comments, the documentation and the reply you are about to get. If you want the exact overlap from where you are, say where you are and the reply will give it in your own hours.
