This policy explains what madebypwr.com collects, why, and how long it is kept.

When you buy, we store your email address, your name if you give one, the package you chose, the amount, and the note and brief you submit. When you use the contact form, we store your email address, your message and the IP address the message came from. That is the whole list.

To deliver the work you bought, to contact you about it, and to keep the accounting records we are required to keep.

Card and crypto payments are handled by our payment provider. Your payment details go to them, never to us: we receive only a payment reference and a status. Bank transfers reach us through your bank in the ordinary way.

The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Nothing on the site profiles you or follows you elsewhere.

Data is shared only with the parties needed to do the work: the payment provider, our email provider, and our hosting and CDN provider. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.

Order and invoice records are kept as long as accounting rules require. Contact messages are deleted once the conversation is finished and there is no order attached to it.

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. We answer within one business day.

The site is served over HTTPS end to end. Order data is stored on our own server, not with a third-party platform. Payment credentials never touch our systems.
