Privacy policy

This policy explains what madebypwr.com collects, why, and how long it is kept.

What we collect. When you buy, we store your email address, your name if you give one, the package you chose, the amount, and the note and brief you submit. When you use the contact form, we store your email address, your message and the IP address the message came from. That is the whole list.

Why. To deliver the work you bought, to contact you about it, and to keep the accounting records we are required to keep.

Payments. We do not take card payments and we do not hold a card processor, so no card number ever reaches us or anyone acting for us. Payment is made in USDT to our own wallet or Binance Pay ID, and what we store is the transaction reference you give us and the amount. A blockchain transfer is public by its nature: the sending address is visible to anyone, including us, and we cannot erase it.

Analytics and cookies. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Nothing on the site profiles you or follows you elsewhere.

Third parties. Data is shared only with the parties needed to do the work: the payment provider, our email provider, and our hosting and CDN provider. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long. Order and invoice records are kept as long as accounting rules require. Contact messages are deleted once the conversation is finished and there is no order attached to it.

Your rights. Write to info@madebypwr.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. We answer within one business day.

Security. The site is served over HTTPS end to end. Order data is stored on our own server, not with a third-party platform. Payment credentials never touch our systems.
