Terms of service

These terms cover every project bought through madebypwr.com. Buying a package means accepting them.

Each package on the pricing page lists a fixed price, a delivery time and exactly what is included. That list is the scope. Anything outside it is a separate package or a separate quote, agreed in writing before work starts.

Fixed-price work is paid in full before it starts. Monthly work is paid monthly in advance and can be stopped at the end of any paid month. Prices are in US dollars.

A delivery time starts on the first working day after payment clears and the project brief is submitted, not on the day of payment. If we are waiting on content, access or feedback from you, the clock pauses for that time.

Each package states how many revision rounds it includes. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes within the agreed scope. Changes that alter the scope are quoted separately.

You confirm that any text, images, logos or data you send us may lawfully be used for the project. We are not liable for third-party claims arising from material you supplied.

When the final payment for a project clears, the deliverables become yours. We keep the right to use the work in our portfolio, described without naming you unless you agree otherwise. Third-party components (fonts, libraries, stock assets) stay under their own licences.

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, conversion rates, follower counts or revenue. These depend on factors outside a studio's control. We do publish what we measured on past work and we measure yours the same way.

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data.

Either side can stop a project in writing. What happens to money already paid is set out in the refund policy.

We may update these terms. The version in force for your project is the one published on the day you paid.
