  • Content in a language other than English unless agreed in the brief

Why it costs $3,500

$3,500 covers a custom design system rather than a single layout, so the seventh page looks like it belongs with the first. It also covers the technical SEO foundation: clean markup, structured data, a sitemap and page titles that are not all the same.

How it runs

  1. 01 Brief What the site has to do, what pages you think you need, and what exists already.
  2. 02 Architecture We agree the page list and the order before any design. Changing the plan here is free; changing it after the build is a new quote.
  3. 03 Design system Type, colour, spacing and components, shown on real pages rather than a style sheet.
  4. 04 Build and handover Coded, fast by default, with the technical SEO in place. Three revision rounds across the project.

Questions

Why no CMS?

A CMS is a database, an admin panel, a login and a security surface, and most seven-page sites update twice a year. Leaving it out is why the site loads quickly and cannot be hacked through a plugin. If you genuinely publish often, say so and we will price it in.

What if I need more than seven pages?

Tell us in the brief. Extra pages are quoted per page and cost far less than the first seven, because the design system already exists.

Do you host it?

No. We deploy it wherever you want it and hand over the keys. You are never locked into us to keep your own site online.
