WHAT THINGS COST

How much does a batch of product visuals and short videos cost?

A fixed batch at a fixed price, and a clear line between producing content and shooting it.

A batch of ten platform-ready visuals and three short video cuts costs $450 and is delivered in five days. The price includes the source files and one revision round, and the work is made from product material you already have rather than from a new shoot.

The packages behind the answer to "How much does a batch of product visuals and short videos cost?", drawn as a price ladder with what pushes the number up and down.
Prices read from the catalogue, so this chart cannot disagree with the pricing page.

What $450 buys

Ten visuals sized for the platforms you name, three short video cuts, the source files and one revision round. The look is agreed once, so all thirteen pieces belong together instead of arriving as thirteen separate styles.

The source files are included because assets you cannot edit are assets with an expiry date. Whoever picks the project up next, you or anyone else, can change a headline or re-cut a video without starting again.

Why the question is about visuals rather than photography

This package works from what you send: product shots, existing footage, logo files and brand colours. Original filming and a photo shoot are not part of it, so it is the wrong purchase if you have no usable product photographs to start from.

The more usable the source material, the better the output, which is the one thing in the project that depends on you. There is no published package for shooting, so a shoot would be a separate quote agreed in writing before any work started.

What is not in the price

Stock licences, if the brief needs stock that we do not already hold. Copywriting beyond short on-image text. Ongoing content production, which is the Social Growth retainer at $600 a month. Setting up or running advertising, which is the Ads Management package.

Fonts and stock inside the pieces stay under their own licences, and we tell you which ones before you are committed. The pieces themselves are yours once payment clears.

A batch or a retainer

A batch suits someone who needs a month of material at once, or who is launching with a product and no assets. It is bought once, it ends, and nothing renews. Social Growth is the opposite shape: execution against a strategy every month, with video limited to basic cuts and the heavier production sent to this pack.

If the material is for advertising, the Ads Management package builds creative variations of what already exists, which is exactly what this pack produces. Each is priced and scoped on its own page, so you buy only the one that matches the job.

What moves the clock

Five days, counted from the first working day after payment clears and the brief is submitted. If we are waiting on the material, the clock pauses for that time, so the quickest start is sending product shots, footage and logo files with the brief.

One revision round is one consolidated set of changes within the agreed scope. After delivery there are thirty days of fixes at no charge for anything that does not work or breaks by itself, and new work you think of later is quoted separately.

Frequently asked questions

What do you need from me?

Whatever you have: product photographs, existing footage, logo files, brand colours. The more usable the source material, the better the output.

Can I use them anywhere?

Yes, they are yours once payment clears. Any third-party stock or font inside them stays under its own licence, and we tell you which.

What formats do I get?

Exports sized for the platforms you name, plus the source files so you or anyone else can change them later.

When do I pay?

Fixed-price work is paid in full before it starts. Monthly work is paid monthly in advance and can be stopped at the end of any paid month. Prices are in US dollars.

How do revision rounds work?

Each package states how many revision rounds it includes. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes within the agreed scope. Changes that alter the scope are quoted separately.

When does the delivery clock start?

A delivery time starts on the first working day after payment clears and the project brief is submitted, not on the day of payment. If we are waiting on content, access or feedback from you, the clock pauses for that time.

Can I get a refund?

Before work starts: Full refund, no questions asked. Ask any time before we begin and you get everything back. After work starts, before delivery: You are refunded the part of the project not yet done, assessed against the work completed at that point. If we have finished the design but not the build, you pay for the design and the rest comes back. After delivery: If the delivered work does not match what the package listed, tell us within 14 days. We fix it, and if we cannot, we refund you in full. Deliverables built exactly to the listed scope are not refundable simply because you changed your mind.
